Install GetSkillary packages
GetSkillary packages are downloaded as zip files. The site and MCP registry help you find and inspect packages; enabling a package stays under your local control.
Codex skill package
- Download the zip from the skill detail page.
- Extract the package into your local Codex skills directory.
- Open the package
SKILL.mdbefore using the skill. - Keep the package name and folder structure unchanged.
Before enabling a skill
Confirm what the skill asks the agent to do, whether it needs external tools or credentials, and what files or services it may touch. Skip packages whose operating limits are unclear for your environment.
MCP registry
The remote MCP registry is a discovery layer for search, detail lookup, recommendations, manual download links, install guidance, and aggregate usage recording. It does not install packages on your machine.
