Search Discovery
Submit GetSkillary to search engines
GetSkillary is a public library of 232 curated Codex and AI agent skill packages across 11 workflow categories. The discovery files below are the canonical entry points for search engines and AI crawlers.
Public discovery URLs
Submission checklist
- Verify the site property for https://getskillary.com in Google Search Console.
- Submit https://getskillary.com/sitemap.xml as the sitemap URL.
- Repeat the sitemap submission in Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Check that https://getskillary.com/skills/, https://getskillary.com/learn/, and skill detail pages are indexable.
- Use https://getskillary.com/llms.txt and https://getskillary.com/llms-full.txt as AI crawler summaries.
IndexNow readiness
GetSkillary publishes an IndexNow key file at /7e6f7d8c9b4a4f2d8e6c1b0a9f3d2c10.txt. After each production deploy, submit updated public URLs through IndexNow so Bing and participating engines can discover changes faster.
npm.cmd run indexnow:submit -- --key 7e6f7d8c9b4a4f2d8e6c1b0a9f3d2c10
AI crawler controls
robots.txt explicitly allows OAI-SearchBot for ChatGPT search discovery and keeps operational JSON/data paths disallowed. GPTBot remains a separate training-data policy decision.
Monitoring loop
- Google Search Console: indexed pages, impressions, queries, crawl errors, and submitted sitemap status.
- Bing Webmaster Tools: indexed pages, crawl diagnostics, IndexNow status, query performance, and AI Performance citations when available.
- GetSkillary private report: GEO pages, MCP searches, download clicks, low-coverage categories, and public-safety boundary checks.
Current public scope
The public site exposes skill listing pages, skill detail pages, category pages, 96 learning and intent pages, manual download links, and MCP discovery guidance.
Operational status files, raw data files, catalog JSON, quarantined skills, and private analytics views are intentionally excluded from sitemap discovery.
